And of course I’m doing my civic duty by watching it. This movie came out when I was around 6. Every time I re-watch it, I realize that it’s women like Selina Kyle who were my first heroines, not princesses.
Thanks, mom & dad.

I need her for my Rogue’s gallery! Maybe with her bigger role in Arkham City she’ll get one in the DC Direct line.
You know she’d be great…
This absolutely must happen. We have been denied a badass Talia figure for so long. They didn’t even make one for her in Batman & Son!
I can’t think of any off the top of my head, but that’s because I don’t regularly read fanfiction anymore. However, you’re right — we need more good Talia fanfiction. I’ll browse around today and see if I can find some, and I’ll post links here. If anyone has any recommendations or has written one, send ‘em in!
Talia is BAMF week would be the best week ever.
Absolutely.
As I don’t (yet!) own every single Talia appearance, I might miss a few; similarly, I’m consulting the DC Wiki to fill in any issues I don’t actually have. If anyone sees anything that needs to be corrected or added, let me know!

Fucking yes.
“The fact is, women remain under-represented and poorly served in so many realms of geek culture; having a convention that speaks to that lack, that attempts to address it, is more than a worthy goal; it may well be a holy one.”

Yes, yes, and motherfucking YES.
You requested a list of Talia appearances last night. I’ve caught a really stubborn cold and am in constant need of passing out, so I won’t be able to finish the list for you tonight, but I’ll post it for you tomorrow.
In the meantime, have two frames of Talia looking badass in the Under the Red Hood movie.

As we all know, Bruce Wayne has only loved one woman in his life.
…make that two. BUT ONLY TWO.
…or three
Four?
…
Oh for fucks sake, Bruce.
I want to hear Talia fans’ thoughts on Red Hood & the Outlaws #2 — how do you feel about her role in the issue? Her notably problematic appearance? Her dealings with Jason? Her adorable snow hat?
In fact, let’s not just limit this to Talia. It’s already a pretty controversial series, so feel free to send me your opinion on the whole damn thing. And yes, that includes Starfire.
… and apparently that one panel of Talia looking suspiciously white with pale, Caucasian skin and bright blue eyes wasn’t a fluke.
Umm… did we forget something, DC?
Dear DC, please make Talia’ entourage of fierce-ass female bodyguards canon.
Sincerely, everyone.
Absolutely agreed.

It’s Talia time!
